Bob has over 25 years experience in bringing new products to the marketplace as an engineer, manager, consultant and executive with a number of leading medical device companies, including Becton Dickinson and Sorenson Medical. Bob joined the University of Utah’s Bioengineering faculty in 2006 to expand the department’s initiatives in medical device design education and innovation. His achievements include developing numerous medical devices and directing an award winning product innovation teams. Bob received his PhD in Bioengineering from the University of Utah and his B.S. in Chemistry from Syracuse University.
