Vicki has 30 years of experience as an attorney representing companies in the medical device and pharmaceutical fields. She has over 20 years experience in strategic IP planning, and 10 years working at start-up companies. Previously, Vicki served as VP of Legal, Intellectual Property and Regulatory Affairs at Cognetix and as VP Regulatory and Intellectual Property at Q Therapeutics, Inc. Prior to that Vicki was in private practice at Covington & Burling, a partner at Morrison & Foerester and Holme Roberts & Owen and of-counsel to Irell & Manella. She received a law degree from Wayne State University where she graduated summa cum laude, and a B.A. from American University.
